Online Status - Book Design
This publication was part of a project on "Ways of Seeing" and the spectacle of a contemporary society. A topic we are increasingly confronted with in today's society is: online status. The importance of status in general is not something new, but has now taken on a different appearance due to the digital world and rapidly changing trends. In this book contemporary trend-images have been manipulated to show the events and impact of this movement. In my opinion, the social pressure of today's world is too prevalent and online status could create a negative self-image among consumers.
